I love the kids. I have the drive and energy to nurture them well. What I don't have is, the time and enthusiasm to do all the other kinds of extra (useless) work. There are just too many redundant things that teachers have to do, and all these are draining our energy, sucking out whatever passion we originally have for this profession.
Tell me, what can the kids possibly benefit from, when all that we do is 'do for the sake of doing'.
Revolution, please.
